Vicki Beam

As the founder of Fortitude Wealth Planners, LLC., Vicki L. Beam brings over 20 years of experience to the team. After working for over 10 years with Southland Corporation, home of 7-Eleven convenience stores where Vicki worked with franchise owners to improve their bottom line, she began her career as a Registered Representative with Waddell & Reed, Inc. Vicki left Waddell & Reed as a Division Manager in charge of advisors in the Northern Michigan area. Fortitude Wealth Planners, LLC was started in 2006 serving clients across the country. Vicki earned her B.S. in Computer Science and Management from Russell Sage College in Troy, New York after beginning her education at The University of Michigan. She has passed examinations for the FINRA Series 6, 7, 24, 63, and 65. Vicki leads the team at Fortitude Wealth Planners, LLC specializing in holistic college, investment, financial and estate planning.

Vicki is blessed to have a family that still focuses on enjoying life while being financially responsible. Her parents were one of her first clients and still brag about her to all that they meet. Vicki works with individuals and couples, helping them to enjoy life while planning for their retirement years. She uses her extensive personal and professional experience in all areas of the financial review process to help clients identify and pursue their goals. Although her family will say she is always working, when she is not at the office she enjoys time with her husband Jim, and her grandchildren Briella, Emerson, and Alex (and their parents Magan, Johnny and his fiancée Morgan). You may find her on the road on her Harley Davidson Softail Deluxe that she has named Joy, line dancing, traveling, and just plain enjoying life.
